Growing Kids follows some very high standards when it comes to hiring. At some other area centers, “likes kids” is about all it takes to get a job. Not here. We look for people who enjoy working with children and want to help children learn and grow.
Specific education or experience with young children is helpful, but not required. If you’re the kind of person we’re looking for right now, with the perfect level of experience, skill and compassion to become a great Growing Kids staff member, we may have a wonderful and rewarding future together.

When does Growing Kids hire new teachers?
We’re always looking for staff who are passionate and motivated about helping children learn, grow and develop. We hire staff members generally because our enrollment has increased, to replace a departing staff member, or to staff a new location.
What is the application process?
If your skills appear to match our current hiring needs, the Center Director may call you to schedule an interview, usually within one to two weeks after you submit your application.
Don’t be discouraged. If there isn’t a match at this time, we WILL keep your application on file for future reference. Our staffing needs can change quickly, so if we don’t contact you now, we may contact you later to see if you are still interested in joining the Growing Kids team.
