Caring Teachers

It takes a special person to work at Growing Kids. Our teachers are selected based on their nurturing abilities as well as their educational background and experience. Each teacher’s background is carefully reviewed. Many have college degrees or are pursuing one. All are CPR and First Aid certified, exceeding Indiana state requirements.

Generally, our teachers work in pairs, to complement each other’s teaching style and to provide greater continuity for your child.

Fall and Spring Parent Teacher conferences keep the lines of communication clear.

Regular Notes to Parents keep parents informed of the day’s activities. Each child has their own Cubby for personal belongings and a mail folder for mail and projects to go home.

Parent Information Boards in each classroom to help keep parents up to date on classroom events.
